The message reads, in part:
“I consider it important that the Federal Medical-Biological Agency traditionally brings together in Moscow representatives of government agencies, non-profit organisations, the volunteer and donor community, and the media from all regions of Russia. Such a substantial lineup of participants, combined with a packed agenda, makes it possible to conduct meaningful discussions on current, important issues during open debates, roundtables, training sessions, and workshops. These include promoting the humanistic values of voluntary blood donation, especially among young people, expanding the use of modern technologies within the Blood Service, and improving relevant legislation.
I would like to emphasise that today, thanks to the dedicated work of the Blood Service personnel – medical scientists, doctors, nurses, and specialists – as well as the care and compassion of volunteers, donors, and many concerned citizens, our country is fully provided with the necessary blood and blood components. And of course, I would particularly like to acknowledge the qualified medical care and the effective support you provide to the participants and veterans of the special military operation.”
