On May 10, the President will visit the Sirius Educational Centre in Sochi, which is opening a new chess programme. Vladimir Kramnik, 14th world chess champion, will head the unique programme, which was put together with help from the Russian Chess Federation.
Later that same day, Mr Putin will take part in a gala match of the Night Hockey League (NKhL) between the NKhL Stars team and the NKhL select team, which will take place at the Bolshoi Ice Arena.
