And, of course, I should note the lofty and important mission of the tournament, which this year is held under the motto ‘We Remember’ and serves the noble cause of providing assistance to the families of those who died while performing their professional duties, and cherishing the memory of fallen heroes.
I am confident that the tournament will evoke great interest in all those who are into the philosophy of judo and a healthy and active lifestyle. Such an event promotes martial arts among the youth and students of military and sport schools, and involves them in the wonderful traditions of a brotherhood in arms.”
