The Government of the Russian Federation received instructions dealing, among other things, with bringing federal highway R-504 Kolyma up to the federal standard, building a bridge over the Aldan River and a highway bridge crossing over the Lena River in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), subsidies for passenger travel between Anadyr and Moscow, as well as increasing vegetable and berry production in greenhouses in the Magadan Region and the Chukotka Autonomous Area.

Together with the State Duma, the Government of the Russian Federation received instructions to amend laws in order to extend the operation of the Special Economic Zone in Magadan through December 31, 2046, and improve mechanisms for identifying the demands for qualified medical staff at state and municipal healthcare institutions in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Magadan Region and the Chukotka Autonomous Area.

The Government of the Russian Federation has also received several instructions to be carried out together with the executive bodies of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Magadan Region and the Chukotka Autonomous Area.

Instructions for the Ministry of Defence and the National Guard deal with transferring specific land plots to the Chukotka Autonomous Area and the Magadan Region.

Recommendations for the executive bodies of the Magadan Region include carrying out a package of measures to improve sanitation on the territory, including public spaces, and creating a people-friendly urban environment within municipalities.

Another recommendation for Sberbank of Russia and the executive bodies of the Magadan Region and the Chukotka Autonomous Area provides for exploring opportunities for opening branches of School 21 – a Sberbank project to offer free schooling in software development, in Magadan and Anadyr.
