The Federal Law establishes administrative liability for distributing reports and (or) materials of foreign mass media outlets, functioning as foreign agents; and (or) Russian legal entities included in the register of foreign mass media outlets functioning as foreign agents in mass media and media reports and materials without indicating that these reports and (or) materials were created and (or) distributed by a foreign mass media outlet functioning as a foreign agent and (or) a Russian legal entity included in the register of foreign mass media outlets functioning as foreign agents.
Additionally, administrative liability is stipulated for using a distinctive mark (symbol) of a mass media representative during a public event by an individual, who is not authorised to do so.
