Thanks to the professionalism and selfless work of talented scientists, designers, engineers and specialists, the plants’ employees have always honourably accomplished important state tasks and made a substantial contribution to strengthening the country’s defence capability and national security. They worked in extremely difficult conditions in Moscow and at a new production facility in Kuibyshev during the Great Patriotic War, reliably supplying aircraft engines for warplanes of the Red Army’s Air Force, thereby bringing Victory closer.
It is important that the current generation of employees is working wholeheartedly and with great commitment. They actively introduce new ideas and advanced technology, implement promising projects in the field of manufacturing and servicing air engines, power plants and industrial gas turbine units in the interests of the Russian Defence Ministry and major national companies. And, of course, I am pleased to note that you preserve the continuity of generations and carry on the wonderful traditions instilled by veterans.”
