The Federal Law amends the Law On State Secrets, the Federal Law On Communications, and the Federal Law On Protecting the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the Exercise of State and Municipal Oversight.
The amendment to the Law On State Secrets provides for the inclusion in the list of information considered to be state secrets of information on measures to ensure the security of critical information infrastructure and protecting it from cyberattacks.
Under the amendments to the Federal Law On Communications, the procedures for development and use of the Russian Federation unified electronic communications system resources to ensure operation of important components of the critical information infrastructure will be approved by the Government.
The amendment to the Federal Law On Protecting the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the Exercise of State and Municipal Oversight concerns exercise of state oversight to ensure the security of important components of the critical information infrastructure.
