The law introduces amendments to the Federal Laws On Joint Stock Companies and On the Securities Market by improving the legal regulation of the issue and circulation of securities.
Relevant amendments have been introduced to the Tax Code, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Federal Laws On Banks and Banking Activity, On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and other legislative acts of the Russian Federation.
