Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law On the Federal Budget for 2015 and the 2016–2017 Budget Plan.

The Federal Law redistributes budget allocations approved for 2015. Thus, it envisages funds required to ensure that the construction of the Vostochny Space Launch Centre is completed in 2015.
