The instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation in conjunction with the Bank of Russia concern the introduction of legislative amendments with a view to limiting potential risks for individual borrowers, and also the drafting of a plan of measures to reduce the risks of a potential adverse impact on the Russian economy and financial markets of a decline in the demand on the part of participants in the global capital market for assets exposed to high climate risks.
