Presidential Executive Order No. 252 of May 3 2022 On Imposing Retaliatory Special Economic Measures in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions of Certain Foreign States and International Organisations was amended to give the Government of the Russian Federation the power to issue temporary permits for carrying out certain transactions (operations and actions) with sanctioned individuals.
The Executive Order shall enter into force on the date of its signing and shall apply to legal relations arising as of May 3, 2022.
