According to the order, pursuant to paragraph 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial, and Fuel and Energy Sectors in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Some Foreign States and International Organisations, dated August 5, 2022, the joint-stock company AVTODOM is allowed to carry out a transaction for the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in the authorised capital of Mercedes-Benz Bank Rus LLC, owned by Mercedes-Benz Group AG.
The transaction specified in this order does not require other permits, decisions, consent (prior consent), approvals (prior approvals) and other authorisation documents (authorisation) stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
