The President noted in his message that the Forum has proven its value as a unique platform for constructive and substantial discussion and exchange of experience in culture, science and education.
Mr Putin expressed his confidence that the Forum’s work will give further impetus to integration in the CIS and strengthen the friendship and mutual understanding between the CIS countries and peoples.
The President’s message was delivered to the Forum by State Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin.
