The President signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement on Financing and Implementation of the 2014–2020 Russia-Poland Cross-Border Cooperation Programme.

The Agreement was signed in Warsaw on December 29, 2017.

The Russia-Poland cross-border cooperation programme is aimed at addressing the issues of border territories’ development through implementing joint projects of the Kaliningrad Region and a number of Poland‘s regions.
