The President resolved to accept the proposal from the Russian Foreign Ministry, approved by competent federal government bodies and organisations, on signing a Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the Russian Federation and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
During the negotiations on the treaty, the Russian Foreign Ministry is authorised to make amendments to the draft as long as they are not fundamental.
The Order states that the treaty will be signed at the highest level.
