On July 3–4, the leaders of the SCO member countries will discuss the current state and further development of multifaceted cooperation between members of the organisation and the improvement of its operations. They will exchange views on current international and regional issues.
Following the meeting, the leaders will sign the Astana Declaration and other joint documents.
The agenda includes a meeting in the SCO Plus format with the leaders of observer and dialogue partner states, heads of international organisations and guests of Kazakhstan’s chairmanship.
The President of Russia will also hold a series of important bilateral meetings with the heads of states attending the summit in Astana.
