Pursuant to paragraph 5 of Presidential Executive Order No.520, On the Application of Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel and Energy Sectors in Connection with Unfriendly Actions by Some Foreign States and International Organisations, dated August 5, 2022, the President has issued a directive authorising:
United Coal Company RU to complete a transaction to acquire 1,031,270,863 ordinary shares of Russian Coal owned by Claverley Holding Limited;
Omega to complete a transaction to acquire 103,137 ordinary shares of Russian Coal owned by Kilton Overseas Limited;
United Coal Company RU and Omega to transfer shares acquired pursuant to this directive as collateral to VTB Bank;
Russian Coal to transfer 100 percent of the ordinary shares of Amur Coal, 100 percent of the ordinary shares of Krasnoyarskkrayugol, 100 percent of the authorised capital of Razrez Kirbinsky and 100 percent of the shares in the authorised capital of Omega as collateral to VTB Bank;
Krasnoyarskkrayugol to transfer 100 percent of the shares in the authorised capital of Razrez Sayano-Partizansky as collateral to VTB Bank.
