Taking part in the meeting were deputies and aides to the plenipotentiary presidential envoys to the federal districts, heads of federal executive agencies, and representatives of the regional executive authorities.
The participants examined and approved a report on the results of the state programme’s implementation in 2015, and approved draft instruments, including a draft presidential executive order on improving work with large families under the state programme.
The Commission expressed its support for the Republic of Tatarstan’s regional resettlement programme and draft amendments to the regional resettlement programme in Primorye Territory, Khabarovsk Territory, and the Kurgan Region. The Republic of Tyva and Chukotka Autonomous District also obtained support for the request for more time to draft their regional resettlement programmes.
The Commission members also heard reports and updates on the results obtained in implementing the state programme in the Central Federal District and use of the state programme’s mechanisms to help integrate into Russian society displaced persons from Ukraine, based on the example of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
