The President inspected the facilities for the development, assembly, and testing of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). Notably, Vladimir Putin was shown copter-type ready-to-use vertical take-off and landing aircraft to be used in agriculture. The S-80 version for agricultural use became the first mass-produced drone to receive a UAS type certificate in September 2024. This certification permits the drone to carry out commercial tasks, such as logistics operations for delivering up to 20 kg of goods.
