The nationwide inspection team reviewed the region’s governance and financial models and carried out audits at 26 institutions.
During a working meeting with Governor of the Lipetsk Region Igor Artamonov and heads of the region’s bodies of the system for the prevention of social orphanhood, Maria Lvova-Belova issued recommendations on working with families in difficult situations, attracting non-profit organisations to provide prompt targeted assistance to families, and preventing social orphanhood.
The Commissioner and the Governor also visited the Besedka psychological assistance centre, the Lesnaya Skazka rehabilitation and health centre, the Youth Career Guidance Centre, and the School 21 campus. Maria Lvova-Belova also met with families at the Eduard Belan Child Support Centre.
