The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to find sources of additional funding to treat patients with hepatitis C. The Government was also instructed to establish mandatory requirements to improve robotisation/automation in state corporations, companies with state participation and affiliated organisations, while focusing on insuring improved robotisation in implementing investment projects to expand and upgrade manufacturing facilities, as well as to create new jobs.
Instructions for the Government of the Russian Federation and the Bank of Russia relate to public share flotation on the Russian financial market by companies and additional measures to support such flotation; trade and project financing provided by financial institutions and measures to stimulate such financing; and the number of individuals with public long-term savings accounts and the amount of savings.
The Government of the Russian Federation and the regional executive authorities were instructed to ensure achieving targeted wages for certain categories of public sector employees, by the end of 2023, as set by Presidential Executive Orders No 597 of May 7, 2012, No 761 of June 1, 2012, and No 1688 of December 28, 2012.
The Government of the Russian Federation and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects were instructed to create an effective system for citizens to assess the quality of social services, including using the federal state information system, the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (Functions).
