Instructions to the Government concern, in particular, the delivery of healthcare in rural areas, legal regulation of small-size educational institutions, children’s recreation and health improvement, as well as subsidised mortgages for families with children.
Additionally, the Government was instructed to increase the annual quota for foreign nationals wishing to study in Russia, including compatriots residing abroad, as well as to expand the opportunities for foreign nationals and compatriots residing abroad to get general education in the Russian language in the CIS member states.
The Government was also instructed to consider improving the legal framework of federal and regional government bodies with the aim of expediting disbursement of federal budgetary allocations for national projects.
