The Federal Law aims to enhance the security of the Russian Federation’s critical information infrastructure.
To this end, amendments are being introduced to Article 2741 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, “Unlawful Impact on the Critical Information Infrastructure of the Russian Federation.” The revisions clarify the socially dangerous consequences of such offenses, specifying that they include destruction, blocking, modification, and copying of computer data within the critical information infrastructure systems of the Russian Federation.
