The Russian Government, together with regional executive authorities, was instructed to ensure the implementation of measures provided for by the Presidential Executive Order of January 5, 2021, including providing medical assistance to children with severe life-threatening and chronic diseases, including rare (orphan) diseases, purchasing medicines for them, as well as medical devices and technical means of rehabilitation.
In addition, the instructions to the Government, together with regional executive authorities, relate to the formation of the Federal Register of Citizens Eligible for Medicine, Medical Device and Specialised Health Food Product Assistance at the expense of federal and regional budgets, a comprehensive assessment of the state of medicine provision for certain social groups, as well as measures aimed at preventing unjustified overrating of services for providing access to high-speed internet at educational organisations.
The instructions to the Government relate to monitoring observance of the creation of additional places for children aged under three in preschool educational institutions in the regions; making amendments to certain legislative acts in connection with the adoption of the Federal Law On Experimental Legal Regimes in the Field of Digital Innovation in the Russian Federation; making amendments to the Federal Law On Personal Data aimed at strengthening the protection of citizens’ personal data, as well as promoting the development of Russian organisations that develop software, and hardware and software systems.
The Federal Anti-Monopoly Service was instructed to check the validity of prices in the primary housing market (for each constituent entity of the Russian Federation).
