In his telegram, Mr Putin highly assessed Mr Sargsyan’s efforts to strengthen the relations that Russia and Armenia have built on the basis of longstanding friendship and mutual respect between their peoples. The Russian President noted too, that his latest meetings with Mr Sargsyan have expanded the bilateral political dialogue and boosted constructive cooperation in trade, economic and other areas and work as partners on the international stage, in particular in the CIS and the CSTO, in the interests of both peoples and of security and stability in the Trans-Caucasus region.
