The Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed to submit proposals on increasing liability of:
- heads of non-profit organisations, state and municipal unitary enterprises and joint stock companies founded by the Russian Federation, the Russian regions and municipalities, in which the majority of shares belongs to the state, for failure to properly discharge their official duties, resulting in substantial harm to legally protected interests of the state and society;
- top managers and owners of organisations, regardless of their form of ownership, for non-fulfilment of contractual obligations aimed at addressing tasks set by the state and local governments, resulting in substantial harm to legally protected interests of the state and society.
The Ministry of Regional Development, Ministry of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy, Krasnodar regional administration and State Corporation Olympstroy have been instructed to take measures ensuring the construction of ski jumps and bobsleigh/luge track, as well as the timely holding of test competitions at the above sports facilities in 2012.
