The Government of the Russian Federation is instructed, in particular, to present an implementation plan for the following tasks to be completed by 2020: make structural changes in the network of medical organisations; develop guidelines on the volume of medical assistance provided in Russian regions, taking into account the makeup of the population, transport accessibility, climate and geography and other regional features; and analyse the situation pertaining to raising salaries for the social sector employees in Russian regions, based on 2013 data. The Government is also instructed to present suggestions on introducing several amendments to Russian legislation concerning the work of medical organisations.
