Vladimir Putin emphasised the importance of steps aimed at ensuring lasting peace between Yerevan and Baku, reaffirming Russia’s readiness to assist, in keeping with the top-level trilateral declarations of 2020–2022, in the comprehensive normalisation of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, including the unblocking of regional transport links.
