Vladimir Putin warmly congratulated the Crown Prince, the leadership and the people of the Kingdom on the upcoming holiday, Saudi Founding Day, and expressed gratitude for creating favourable conditions for Russian-American talks in Riyadh on February 18, as well as the hospitality which contributed to the constructive and productive work of the two delegations.
Commitment to further progressive development of Russian-Saudi cooperation, including in such areas as trade, investment and energy, was reaffirmed. The parties will continue to closely cooperate within OPEC Plus in order to maintain stability on the global oil market.
