Presidential instruction on public security counterterrorism exercises

Dmitry Medvedev instructed Director of the Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov Bortnikov Alexander Bortnikov AlexanderDirector of the Federal Security Service , Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev Nurgaliyev Rashid Nurgaliyev RashidFirst Deputy Secretary of the Security Council , Emergencies Minister Sergei Shoigu Shoigu Sergei Shoigu SergeiDefence Minister , Defence Minister Anatoly Serdyukov Serdyukov Anatoly Serdyukov Anatoly , and Transport Minister Igor Levitin Levitin Igor Levitin IgorAide to the President to draw up a comprehensive plan for systematic organisation of counterterrorism exercises throughout the country to guarantee public security in the transport system and other public places, and have the National Antiterrorism Committee approve it by April 1, 2011.
