Trip to Amur Region
Vladimir Putin traveled to the Amur Region with President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. The presidents reviewed the construction of the Vostochny Cosmodrome, talked with its employees and held bilateral negotiations.
The President of Russia conferred state awards on employees of the Yury Gagarin Research and Testing Cosmonaut Training Centre.
In addition, during the trip, Vladimir Putin met with Amur Region Governor Vasily Orlov and Roscosmos General Director Dmitry Rogozin.
