Vladimir Putin visited the Ufa
Engine Industrial Association, where he was shown products manufactured at the enterprise, including civilian products, viewed an exhibit of advanced helicopter engines components, and spoke briefly with staff members.
The President chaired a meeting on diversifying the production of civilian products by defence industry
enterprises.
Concluding his trip to Ufa, the President met with
Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov and Chief Mufti of Russia
and Chairman of the Central Spiritual Directorate of Muslims of Russia Talgat
Tadzhuddin.
