Twelve residents of the region were awarded the medal For Saving Lives for their brave and resolute actions while rescuing people during a flash flood in the Irkutsk Region.
In addition, Vladimir Putin issued commendations to five Irkutsk Region residents for their active involvement in the relief efforts following the flash flood.
