The congratulatory telegram reads, in part:
“For many decades, Russia and Mongolia have been bound by solid ties of friendship and good neighbourliness, which have passed the test of time. Our nation was the first to recognise the new Mongolia and has consistently advocated strengthening its statehood and sovereignty. I am certain that in the future, we will continue to see the dynamic expansion of our bilateral cooperation, which currently holds the status of a strategic partnership.
This positive forward movement is founded on consistently implementing agreements reached at the highest level to carry out major joint projects in infrastructure, mining, transport, and agriculture. I am confident that this fully meets the interests of Russia and Mongolia’s citizens, and serves to maintain peace and socioeconomic development in Northeast Asia.”
