The instructions issued to the Russian Federation Government regard school meals for students of basic and intermediate vocational education institutions, as well as legislative amendments regulating volunteer work in the aim of encouraging greater public involvement in such activity.
Senior officials in the regions have been instructed to organise hotlines to take complaints from citizens, public organisations, and NGOs on issues regarding compliance with laws regulating the retail sales of alcohol.
