The message reads, in part:
“I confirm Russia’s commitment to open and constructive cooperation in the spirit of the strong traditions of friendship, mutual respect and trust. I believe it is essential to realise the full potential of our two states to give a powerful impulse to the mutually beneficial cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic. Active political dialogue, consistent implementation of joint economic and investment projects, intensive cultural and humanitarian contacts will ensure a dynamic development of bilateral relations.
We are ready for close coordination within the existing integration associations and international organisations, first of all the CIS, EurAsEC, CSTO and SCO. I have no doubt that joint efforts to further advance a positive agenda for regional cooperation will lead to significant results in this important area of collaboration.
I am confident that the full expansion of bilateral ties in various fields and filling the Russian-Kyrgyz strategic partnership with real content meets the true interests of our nations, and will contribute to tackling the challenges of economic development and security in Central Asia.”
