During high-level talks on April 29, the parties plan to discuss the prospects for further developing the entire range of their bilateral cooperation, first and foremost in trade, economic, investment, energy, humanitarian, scientific and technical fields. It is expected that a detailed exchange of opinions on pressing international issues, including the situation on the Korean peninsula, will take place.
During the visit a number of bilateral documents aimed at furthering Russian-Japanese cooperation, as well as promoting cooperation in culture, education and other fields, will be signed.
