The President will also examine the state of progress in the Nizhne-Bureiskaya Hydroelectric Power Station’s construction and will hold a meeting on the clean-up effort following the 2013 floods in the Far Eastern Federal District. A number of federal ministers will take part in the meeting, as will the governors of Amur Region, Khabarovsk Territory and Jewish Autonomous Region.
Mr Putin will also visit the Zhelundinsky nature and wildlife reserve, where rescued Amur tigers are to be released back into the wild.
