Mikhail Lesin told Vladimir Putin that several Russian television and radio stations had either resumed broadcasts to Belarus or expanded them.
President Putin instructed Mr Lesin to chart specific measures on implementing the federal copyright and property rights policies in the next two months. This issue has great importance for the domestic market and for talks on Russia’s accession into the World Trade Organisation.
