The message confirms adherence to mutual efforts aimed at removing the surviving barriers in the way of mutually beneficial economic cooperation and notes the importance of making promising joint initiatives in such key sectors as power, space, information technologies and banking.
“I believe the time has come to think of how to move from individual positive impulses to giving a whole new quality to the entire complex of bilateral trade and economic relations. There are good preconditions for that,” the message said.
