President Putin meeting with the President of the international agency Moody\'s, John Rutherford, and managing director of the agency Murray Chester.
On October 8, Moody’s announced the upgrading of Russia’s sovereign rating noting that it was the result of the Russian Government’s commitment to a policy of sound financial management, a significant improvement of the debt liquidity and reduction of political risks.
In the opinion of the agency, the electoral situation in the country would not affect the implementation of the market reforms.
