The Russian President stressed that Russia and its partners respect one another's position, and are in favour of dialogue and coordinating efforts in the fight against new global problems and threats: terrorism, regional conflicts, unevenness of economic development, poverty, outbreaks of epidemics and ecological crises.
Speaking of the mutual relations between Russia and China, the Russian President noted that he considers relations with the People's Republic of China to be one of the key priorities of Russia's foreign policy. Vladimir Putin said he was convinced that in years to come Russian-Chinese dialogue would reach new frontiers.
The Russian President also stressed that Russia attached great importance to deepening Russian-Kazakhstan ties in all areas. An important factor of further friendship between the two countries is their common vision of paths to develop the national economy of the two countries, based on the concept of creating a common economic space, said President Vladimir Putin.
The Russian President accepted letters of credential from the ambassadors of the People's Republic of China – Lu Guchan, Kazakhstan – Krymbek Kusherbaev, Lebanon – Assem Jaber, the United Arab Emirates – Mohammed Al-Oseimi, Yemen – Abdulvahab Al-Rauhani, Croatia – Bozho Kovachevich, and the ambassador of Serbia and Montengero Milan Rochen.
