The highway running from west to east has several access roads leading to Yakutia in the north, to the western districts of the Magadan Region and further on to Chukotka, and towards Blagoveshchensk, Zabaikalsk and other localities and traffic control points at the Russian-Chinese border to the south, as well as towards Pacific ports in the Khabarovsk and Maritime regions.
