Valentina Matvienko talked about St. Petersburg’s preparations for the 60th anniversary celebrations of Victory.
She also informed the President about the investment climate in the city and various construction projects. A memorandum was signed on the construction of a full-scale assembly factory of Toyota cars capable of producing up to 200,000 cars a year, she said.
