“The selflessness and extreme professionalism shown during the rescuing of Russian sailors will be rewarded with the following

“SEA MERITS” AWARD

Stuart Gold — operator of the submersible of the Royal Navy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Peter Nuttall — operator of the submersible of the Royal Navy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Ian Riches — second rank captain of the Royal Navy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

HONOUR AWARD

Kinosita Kendzi — first rank captain of Japan's Maritime Self-Defense Force.

FRIENDSHIP AWARD

Patrick Poon — major of the Air Force of the United States of America

Steven Smith — third rank captain of the Navy of the United States of America

Jonathan Hollow — first rank captain, and Naval attache of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Russian Federation

Kate Hewett — aircraft major of the Royal Air Force of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.”
