The G8 finance ministers will hold a meeting on June 9–10 in St Petersburg, which will also be attended by representatives of the European Commission and the OECD as well as the executive director of the IMF and the president of the World Bank. Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said that the finance ministers will examine current economic issues that will later be discussed at the G8 summit in July.
