Mr Trutnev reported on the performance of a new system for monitoring implementation of licence agreements, and on progress with a stock-taking of oil wells.
Mr Putin said that the Russian Government should take the appropriate decisions with regard to companies that do not comply with licence agreement conditions or that work dishonestly.
