Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov reported to the meeting on preparations for a meeting in Moscow of the Coordination Council of Russians Abroad.
First Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov reported on the upcoming visit by an IAEA delegation to the Chemical Electrolysis Plant in Angarsk. This facility is to be used as the base for developing an international uranium enrichment centre.
