Acting President Vladimir Putin met with Deputy Prime Minister of Chechnya Nikolai Koshman

They discussed issues relating to structural governance in the Chechen Republic and how the programme designed to restore Grozny will be implemented.

At the meeting they also discussed restoring infrastructure in the mountainous regions of the Chechen Republic.
