Russia will make every effort to use this potential in the interests of facilitating positive progress in international relations, President Vladimir Putin said at a ceremony at the Grand Kremlin Palace at which the ambassadors of a number of countries presented their letters of credentials.
The President congratulated the ambassadors of Angola, Uruguay, Libya, Cote-d’Ivoire, Oman, Kazakhstan, Thailand and Andorra on the beginning of their diplomatic missions in Russia and said he hoped their work would lead to new mutually beneficial projects and closer bilateral relations.
